In 2024, we created a new employee value proposition, our People Deal, encapsulating the exceptional experience of working at Cripps. We are working hard to address inclusion in law with board sponsorship of EDI initiatives; mentoring through the Stephen James Partnership, and the continued success of our apprenticeship programme.
Success is achieved through shared efforts. When our political system lets us down, it falls to business to grasp the nettle. This report is a call to arms to all businesses ready to take on the challenge of being guided by purpose.”

To make a positive difference in our clients’ lives and businesses, we develop close and trusted relationships and are dedicated to fulfilling client objectives as if they were our own. In addition to the complex legal issues, we partner with our clients to help them achieve their goals on the projects they care about.
For example, we have initiated sessions with several clients in partnership with Sprint Valley, a change consultancy, using design thinking to find the right solutions to a specific client challenge. Another example is our campaign with clients on gender parity in the workplace and the launch of our female leaders report, Beating Bias.
In our community, we have convened over 180 businesses through Amplifi to share sustainability know-how and move forward together. The investment we’ve made in our carbon reporting platform is providing a clearer picture of our environmental impact and enabling us to focus our efforts where they most count. When talking to people who might want to join Cripps, our purpose and values provide a sense of the business we are and how hard we work to achieve high standards of financial, social and environmental performance.
Our B Corp certification keeps us accountable and continually improving. In this first report since certification, we celebrate the impact we've made and show what more there is to do. It is also a recommitment to our promise of continually becoming a better business.
