Foreword
We are a purpose led firm, committed to solving problems and supporting ambitions in ways that create lasting benefits for our clients, our people, our communities, and the planet.
Equality, diversity and inclusion are central to how we work. By welcoming different perspectives and ensuring everyone feels respected and empowered, we strengthen our culture, encourage innovation, and deliver better outcomes for our clients.
As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to transparency and continuous improvement. While we will always recruit the best person for each role, we remain focused on reducing our gender pay gap wherever possible.
Like many law firms of our size, our workforce is predominantly female – particularly in support roles. We’re proud that gender representation in our senior positions has become more balanced, but to see a meaningful shift in the pay gap, greater balance is needed across all levels of the firm.
The gender pay gap measures the difference in average earnings between men and women, regardless of role or seniority. It is not the same as equal pay, which refers to men and women being paid equally for the same work.
We recognise that progress takes time, but we are committed to closing the gap for the long term. This report sets out our latest results and the actions we’re taking to continue building a fair and inclusive workplace.
