As a certified B Corporation, we prioritise transparency and continuous progress. Last year, we reported our lowest hourly gender pay gap since tracking began in 2017. This year, however, we saw a slight increase – which will remain an area of focus.
This report outlines the figures we are required to report and the steps we are taking to build a more equitable workplace. We have also provided additional context where it helps to better understand our gap.
We see gender pay gap reporting as one of the tools for driving transparency, accountability, and lasting change.
